Bar and Restaurant Services
In the International Bar and Restaurant Services programme, participants will be taught how to fold napkins, lay tables, serve plated food, and mix drinks as well as how to perform bar liquor stocktaking.
*Please note that applicants must be 18 years or older to be eligible to participate in this course.
Fee covers cost of training materials.

All Saints Skills Training Centre
The All Saints Centre is known for its Bar and Restaurant Services, International Cooking and Garment Making programmes. It has modern cooking facilities, as well as a gazebo-styled bar and restaurant and a garment-making room equipped for the training of industrial sewing machine operators.
