International Cuisine
On completion of this module trainees will be able to prepare budgets; plan meals and prepare international dishes. Trainees will also be taught to provide waiting services as well as how to render first aid.

Classes are held from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

Yes, once you qualify. Trainees must obtain a minimum grade of 3 out of a scale of 1-5 for each unit in the module to be certified.

All Saints Skills Training Centre
The All Saints Centre is known for its Bar and Restaurant Services, International Cooking and Garment Making programmes. It has modern cooking facilities, as well as a gazebo-styled bar and restaurant and a garment-making room equipped for the training of industrial sewing machine operators.
